Stake Ranked Episode 3 Closed Qualifier - live CS2 betting markets and odds
Stake Ranked is back with Episode 3's Closed Qualifiers this month, and you can bet on our very own Counter-Strike 2 series today at Stake Sportsbook! Get the latest odds on all CS2 matches, as 16 teams go head-to-head in this Tier 2 tournament. The final two teams will secure places at the Stake Ranked Episode 3 LAN Finals.
When and where Stake Ranked Episode 3 Closed Qualifier takes place
With the open qualifier concluded, 16 teams will now compete in the closed qualifier, which takes place between 18 - 21 June 2026. The matches are held online and played to a best-of-3 format in a single elimination bracket. That means one bad map can end a team’s run, while only the top 2 teams in the bracket will qualify for the playoffs stage.

They’ll be joined by 12 other teams, with 10 invited based on Valve Regional Standings (VRS rankings) and 2 top teams from Stake Ranked Episode 2. Our betting picks for the Stake Ranked Episode 3 Closed Qualifier
Before you start betting on the closed qualifiers at Stake, review the key terms, map, pool trends, bracket dynamics below and consider our Stake Ranked picks and predictions for the tournament finals.
Tournament favourites to qualify for the LAN Finals
Acend headline the closed qualifier as the highest-ranked side in the bracket, and the clear team to beat coming in. With the strongest VRS pedigree of any team in the field and consistent recent form in the European Tier 2 circuit, expect Acend to anchor the early outright pricing as a standout favourite to claim one of the two LAN slots.
Behind Acend, FOKUS and KOLESIE are the Tier 2 grinders to watch. Both have built reputations for upsetting higher-ranked sides in online knockouts, and the single-elimination format suits sides that know how to peak in Bo3 series. BET-M, returning via the Episode 2 invite path, also carries momentum that shouldn't be overlooked - they earned their slot on form rather than VRS points.
With every match a Best-of-Three knockout, one bad map ends a team's run. Expect the early outright pricing to anchor around Acend, with FOKUS, KOLESIE, and BET-M priced just behind as the most likely outright contenders.
Open Qualifier wildcards
Teams to have qualified from the open qualifier are:
Phantom Esports
Team Spirit Academy
SHISHKA
Noir Verse
So far, no team from the open qualifiers has reached the main event LAN finals at the previous two Stake Ranked episodes. Could any of these teams upset the odds? Noir Verse had arguably the most impressive wins and Team Spirit Academy carry organisational backing that gives them stronger structure than most academy sides at this level. Both will need a favourable bracket draw to make a deep run, but neither should be priced as pure no-hopers.
Map veto picks for the Closed Qualifier bracket
Teams get to pick and veto from the standard professional CS2 map pool. Before you make your predictions, check the map pick and ban rate for each time, as well as their map win percentage, to see where their strengths and weaknesses lie.
With every match a Best-of-Three knockout, map vetoes will do most of the heavy lifting; keep a close eye on each side's recent form on Inferno, Mirage, and Ancient.
